About Our Volunteer Program
The Volunteering for Social Integration program is a specialized educational initiative that develops activities in different correctional facilities where we have committed volunteers. Our volunteer program is exclusively dedicated to facilitating learning processes and personal growth in contexts of confinement.
We develop in-person workshops that promote critical reflection, collaborative learning, and the acquisition of essential tools for social integration, creating spaces of trust where each participant can develop their transformative potential.
Training and Workshops
Our volunteer program develops specialized workshops designed to create spaces for reflection, dialogue, and meaningful learning that enhance each participant's abilities.
Restorative Justice
Our volunteers facilitate spaces for reflection on repairing harm and building positive relationships, promoting processes of healing and accountability.
Cooperativism
Participatory workshops where we explore models of self-management and collaborative work, developing skills for collective organization and social entrepreneurship.
Human Rights and Gender
Spaces for dialogue and training on fundamental rights and gender perspective, strengthening critical awareness and promoting more equitable relationships.
Transformative Impact
Our volunteer program generates a real transformative impact in the lives of participants, strengthening their abilities for social integration and significantly reducing the chances of recidivism. The workshops create lasting bonds and practical tools for building life projects.
Our Process
In-Person Workshops
Our volunteers lead in-person sessions that prioritize horizontal dialogue and the exchange of experiences, creating safe environments for reflection and mutual growth.
Personal Development
We support individual and group processes of self-discovery and skill-building, developing practical tools for everyday life and the construction of healthy relationships.
Certification
Each participant receives formal recognition of their learning process through certifications that validate their achievements and strengthen their educational and professional trajectory.

Nuevo Ciclo de Talleres 2025
Iniciamos un nuevo ciclo de talleres de Justicia Restaurativa en tres centros penitenciarios, con la participación de 45 personas en situación de cárcel.
Certificaciones Entregadas
32 participantes recibieron sus certificaciones en talleres de Cooperativismo y Derechos Humanos, reconociendo su dedicación y aprendizaje.
Nuevas y Nuevos Voluntarios
Sumamos 8 nuevos voluntarios y voluntarias a nuestro equipo, ampliando nuestra capacidad de trabajo en diferentes centros penitenciarios.
